Looking after your
Frame of Mind frame.

Dust it, do not wipe it.

A soft dry microfibre cloth is all you need. Never spray glass cleaner directly on the frame, and never use anything ammonia-based near timber.

Keep it out of direct sunlight.

Even with UltraVue UV glass, sustained direct sun will fade artwork and age finish colour. Indirect light is always safer.

Watch the humidity.

Timber moves. Melbourne winters are dry, summers can get humid. Keep frames away from heaters, cooling vents and consistently damp walls.

Glass cleaning, properly.

Spray a small amount of ammonia-free glass cleaner onto the cloth (not the glass), and wipe in one direction. Avoid the frame edges. For UltraVue, a damp microfibre is enough.

If something chips or scratches.

Bring it back in. Minor touch-ups are usually free. For anything beyond a scratch, the lifetime guarantee covers faults in material or craftsmanship.

Moving house?

Wrap each frame in a soft blanket or bubble wrap, and transport flat. Never stack frames face-to-face without padding between. Pop in if you need help.
